Drives B2B workplace insurance growth through agency and distribution partnerships. Designs ICHRA contribution strategies and level-funded plan structures, integrates benefits administration and enrollment platforms, bundles ancillary and supplemental products, and consults with brokers and HR executives on ACA, HRA, financial, and retention strategies. Expands distribution through new agency and affinity-group partnerships while managing sales performance and P&L responsibilities.
