Own Trove’s retention marketing function end to end, including CRM and lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, promotions, rewards, testing, reporting, and retention KPIs. Partner with founders, design, and engineering to build automated systems, optimize repeat purchases and lifetime value, and create a data-driven retention engine. The role requires hands-on campaign execution across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging, with emphasis on rapid experimentation and responsible incentive management.

Own full-cycle recruiting for an early-stage startup: build hiring infrastructure, source and close passive candidates, partner with leadership, use data to optimize time-to-hire, maintain excellent candidate experience, and proactively build future pipelines.

Build Trove's Android app from the ground up: architect core systems, implement animation-heavy UIs, partner with product and design, ship experiments, improve performance and reliability, implement networking and real-time updates, and set engineering standards.

Build and own Trove's growth infrastructure: instrumentation, internal tools, automations, experimentation platform, dashboards, and AI-enabled tooling to acquire, activate, and retain users. Work with founders and GTM to translate needs into scalable systems that automate busywork, enable constant experiments, and surface actionable insights across the business.

Own and build Trove’s paid acquisition function end-to-end: run Meta/Google/TikTok campaigns, develop a high-velocity creative testing engine, manage CAC/ROAS/LTV, implement reliable funnel tracking and attribution, automate workflows with AI, and scale buyer volume efficiently while partnering with founders, design, and engineering.
