Build and own Trove's growth infrastructure: instrumentation, internal tools, automations, experimentation platform, dashboards, and AI-enabled tooling to acquire, activate, and retain users. Work with founders and GTM to translate needs into scalable systems that automate busywork, enable constant experiments, and surface actionable insights across the business.

Own and build Trove’s customer support function: design tooling, AI-driven automations, workflows, escalation paths, and quality standards. Handle high-value edge cases, remove root causes, turn support insights into product and engineering priorities, and establish trust & safety for a high-value collectibles marketplace.

Own and build Trove’s paid acquisition function end-to-end: run Meta/Google/TikTok campaigns, develop a high-velocity creative testing engine, manage CAC/ROAS/LTV, implement reliable funnel tracking and attribution, automate workflows with AI, and scale buyer volume efficiently while partnering with founders, design, and engineering.
