Own the iOS product end to end, including architecture, technical standards, and feature development. Build polished, animation-heavy consumer experiences, make architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with founders to shape products from concept through launch. Ensure the app remains fast, stable, scalable, and easy to evolve while delivering frequent, high-quality releases. This is a senior individual contributor role without people-management responsibilities.

Own product design for profiles, loyalty, and collection-management tools across iOS, Android, and web. Create prototypes, ship consumer experiences, collaborate closely with engineering, and build the design system and component library. Improve product cohesion, polish, speed, and user engagement while helping establish design workflows in an early-stage startup.

Build and lead Trove’s finance function as its first full-time finance hire. Own FP&A, establish financial systems and a reliable source of truth, create rolling forecasts and monthly profit reviews, uncover business insights, define key metrics, and advise the CEO and team on resource allocation and growth. The role requires experience in e-commerce or gaming, digital or physical inventory, startup finance-building, and implementing AI tools.
