Provides administrative support across fleet compliance, servicing, maintenance scheduling, payroll, PPE management, procurement, insurance claims, supplier coordination, employee documentation, training, communications, and office events. The role maintains fleet and plant records, supports digital fleet systems, coordinates supplies and services, and assists the Fleet Manager and wider business with varied operational administration.

Manage sales and marketing strategy for NZSki, KJet, the Hermitage Hotel, and related businesses across China and broader Eastern markets. Develop travel trade partnerships, negotiate rates and contracts, execute marketing campaigns, improve digital channels, use customer data to drive growth, and represent the brands at trade and sales events. The role requires strong tourism industry experience, English and Mandarin fluency, relationship-building skills, business acumen, and willingness to travel.
