Leads Triveni Bio’s external innovation and partnering strategy, identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and closing biotechnology transactions including licensing, collaborations, and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include scientific and commercial diligence, valuation modeling, cross-functional deal leadership, data-room management, contract execution, alliance support, and competitive intelligence. The role partners with executive, research, clinical, legal, finance, and strategy teams and requires deep scientific knowledge, transactional expertise, and travel up to 20–30%.

Leads enterprise AI enablement and hands-on scientific data science in a biotech environment. Partners with cross-functional teams to identify and deploy AI and automation solutions, build reproducible pipelines, and support AI governance and adoption. Conducts human genetics, bioinformatics, real-world evidence, biomarker, clinical, and translational analyses using diverse biomedical datasets. Develops visualizations, dashboards, documentation, and training materials to inform research and program decisions.
