Leads sales programs, proposals, RFPs, RFQs, prequalifications, tenders, and executive presentations. Builds digital sales channels, online stores, sales playbooks, reusable proposal content, and CRM processes. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages pursuit timelines, improves sales presentations and submission quality, tracks pipeline and proposal outcomes, and supports strategic account opportunities across multiple construction and infrastructure divisions.

Manage and improve online stores and digital sales channels, including product catalogues, product pages, pricing, images, documentation, ordering, payment, fulfilment, lead routing, and customer inquiries. Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, technical teams, vendors, and platform providers. Monitor traffic, leads, orders, conversion, and other performance metrics while improving online customer experience, site navigation, content, and e-commerce processes.

Build 3D Revit models from architectural and structural drawings, convert finalized models into shop drawings, identify design conflicts, coordinate dimensions and project requirements, support RFIs, and prepare SEMA files for production machinery. Maintain organized model and project documentation while tracking project time. The role includes hands-on training in SEMA and a progression path toward Design Technician.

Owns client relationships and cross-division coordination for large commercial construction projects from award through substantial completion. Responsibilities include coordinating bids, pricing coordination fees, maintaining consolidated schedules and issue logs, managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communications, monitoring margins and pipeline, escalating performance issues, and building a team of multi-scope project managers and estimators.

Manage multiple complex waterproofing projects from handover through closeout, owning budgets, schedules, contracts, quality, safety, claims, and client relationships. Lead contract negotiations, change orders, RFIs, submittals, project scheduling, and risk mitigation. Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, contractors, and consultants while mentoring project managers and coordinators. Support warranty claims, high-value pursuits, and process development, serving as the division’s senior project management authority.

Manage commercial cladding projects from award to close-out across the GTA. Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, RFIs, change orders, site coordination, quality, and client/GC relationships. Prepare status updates and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and building codes.

Perform roofing and building envelope inspections, diagnose failures, scope and price short-duration repair jobs, prepare consultant-level reports, coordinate small crews, maintain QA/QC checklists, track inspection activity, and provide feedback to improve workmanship and consistency across projects.

Primary buyer for aluminum, hardware, and plastics: issue and manage POs, code purchases to correct GL accounts, reconcile transactions, source vendors, track deliveries, process invoices, and prepare purchasing reports while coordinating with operations and finance.

Support the sales team by preparing and formatting proposals, tracking opportunities and deadlines, coordinating approvals and cross-department communication, maintaining submission records, and assisting with meeting preparation, events, and prequalification/vendor registration to keep deals progressing and submissions on time.

Support Project Managers across glazing projects from award to close-out: manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, schedules, budgets, procurement coordination, site visits, status reporting, and close-out activities while developing toward a Project Manager role.

Lead and perform BIM/VDC drafting for curtain wall, storefront, and glazing projects. Produce and review shop drawings, fabrication packages, and coordination models; run clash detection; set Revit standards, templates, and family libraries; and hire, train, and manage a drafting team as the division grows.

Support field operations and project coordination on exterior cladding projects from start-up through completion. Coordinate site logistics, monitor quality and safety, manage RFIs and change orders, perform site inspections and measurements, lead safety talks, and act as primary field contact between crews, contractors, consultants, and Project Managers.

Prepare finished aluminum systems for shipment: secure units to skids/racks/trailers, apply industrial shrink wrap using heat tools, clean, tape, label and protect materials, assist with loading/unloading, perform final visual inspections, stage work areas, and maintain a safe, clean shop environment.

Operate and support Weinmann automated framing and sheathing equipment, load and stage raw materials, perform in-line quality checks, clear minor jams, conduct basic preventative maintenance and cleaning, and cross-train on manual assembly or staging to maintain continuous high-volume production.

Prepare detailed shop and fabrication drawings for metal panels, flashings, girts, and related building envelope components. Translate architectural and structural drawings into fabrication documentation, coordinate with project teams, manage revisions and drawing records, ensure compliance with specifications and codes, perform occasional site visits, and support continuous improvement of drafting processes.
