Leads integrated marketing across multiple business divisions, including brand standards, campaigns, websites, SEO, paid media, events, sales enablement, CRM lead management, agency relationships, budgets, and team coaching. Partners with executives, division leaders, sales, service, and manufacturing to strengthen brand consistency, generate qualified leads, support pipeline growth, and report on marketing performance.

Coordinates marketing content, sales materials, digital campaigns, website updates, newsletters, events, and trade shows across multiple business divisions. Creates and edits communications, maintains brand consistency, organizes marketing assets and lead information, tracks deadlines, coordinates designers and suppliers, and compiles basic campaign reports. The role requires strong writing, presentation formatting, attention to detail, follow-through, and practical experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, social media, email marketing, or website updates.

Manage the full-cycle accounts payable function, including invoice matching, payment processing, vendor and contractor account reconciliation, credit card statement reconciliation, expense reports, cheque preparation, and invoice filing. Process 200–300 invoices weekly, resolve vendor issues, obtain approvals, track contract-related payments, and support year-end audits through accruals, reconciliations, and payment control reviews.
