Build and maintain ML infrastructure and data pipelines for clinical document processing, deploy and monitor ML/LLM systems, support evaluation and annotation workflows, create internal tooling (e.g., Streamlit), and automate ML workflows to improve reproducibility and reduce operational burden.

Manage integrations and project plans, coordinate engineering and clinical teams, drive adoption using analytics and reporting, build playbooks, and surface product feedback. Establish operating rhythms, accelerate go-lives, and ensure customer value realization with clinicians as primary users.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for priority roles across CS/AM, engineering, GTM, and AI research. Build AI-enabled sourcing playbooks, run structured intakes and scorecards, manage interview loops and offers, track funnel metrics, and act as a strategic hiring partner to leadership.

Build and run People Operations at an early-stage startup: own full-cycle recruiting and recruiting ops, onboarding, equipment provisioning and light IT, benefits administration, office management, events, and executive EA support. Create systems that enable new hires to be productive from day one and partner strategically with leadership to scale people processes.

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines; manage containerized Kubernetes/Docker environments; automate provisioning with Terraform and Helm; script in Python/Bash; monitor systems, respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document operational procedures to ensure reliability and security.
