Supports project managers across construction projects by coordinating project information, communications, approvals, documents, meetings, contractor requirements, and closeout activities. The intern works across office and job-site environments, supports multiple projects simultaneously, and spends approximately 70% of the time in the field. The 10–12-week training program provides exposure to field and office operations, with potential progression to Project Manager after graduation.

Lead full life-cycle electrical construction projects from business development and estimating through design, execution, safety, financial oversight, and closeout. Drive customer relationships, cost control, subcontractor negotiations, budget and WIP management, site coordination, and talent development to deliver safe, on-time, and profitable projects.
