Provide high-level support to three C-suite executives by managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing briefings and presentations, managing expenses and follow-up, planning events, and improving operational efficiency. Acts as an operational extension of senior leadership while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Lead full life-cycle electrical construction projects from business development and estimating through design, execution, safety, financial oversight, and closeout. Drive customer relationships, cost control, subcontractor negotiations, budget and WIP management, site coordination, and talent development to deliver safe, on-time, and profitable projects.

Assist the Project Foreman to maintain safe jobsite conditions: develop and implement safety plans and training, perform inspections and accident investigations, administer drug screens, maintain safety documentation (Toolbox Talks, MSDS, logs), and communicate safety issues to management and regulatory parties.
