Assist the Project Foreman to maintain safe jobsite conditions: develop and implement safety plans and training, perform inspections and accident investigations, administer drug screens, maintain safety documentation (Toolbox Talks, MSDS, logs), and communicate safety issues to management and regulatory parties.

Lead full life-cycle electrical construction projects from business development and estimating through design, execution, safety, financial oversight, and closeout. Drive customer relationships, cost control, subcontractor negotiations, budget and WIP management, site coordination, and talent development to deliver safe, on-time, and profitable projects.

Coordinate recruiting operations and candidate experience: schedule interviews and onboarding, maintain ATS data, run recruiting reports and analytics, source and engage candidates, support hiring events and community partnerships, and recommend process improvements to strengthen talent pipelines.
