Teach introductory and advanced undergraduate courses in painting, drawing, and art seminars; develop curriculum and new courses; maintain drawing and painting studios; sustain an active artistic practice and exhibition record; advise students; contribute departmental, university, and professional service; and participate in interdisciplinary general education programming.

Supervises Administrative Specialists and student workers while coordinating executive calendars, communications, events, travel, expenses, office operations, facilities requests, records, and committee information. Supports the Vice President, Associate Vice Presidents, and senior staff across the Alumni Relations and Development Division. Manages administrative processes, assists with budget monitoring, responds to stakeholders, and maintains professional, cross-departmental relationships.

Conduct high-quality research in business analytics, supply chain, or related fields; publish scholarly work; teach and design undergraduate business analytics and supply chain courses; and provide service to the university, business school, department, profession, and community. The role carries a five-section annual teaching load and requires contributions to an inclusive, student-centered academic environment.

Leads university advancement operations and research, overseeing budgets, technology, reporting, prospect management, gift processing, data integrity, and analytics. Directs teams supporting fundraising and alumni engagement, develops policies and operational strategies, manages advancement systems, and ensures accurate gift accounting and regulatory compliance. Collaborates across campus with finance, IT, HR, legal, and other business units to improve processes and technology. Supervises staff, manages departmental budgets, and provides strategic leadership on the senior advancement team.

Provides strategic leadership for career education, career readiness, experiential learning, faculty engagement, assessment, and student-facing services. Oversees career readiness programs, civic engagement, internships, service learning, technology systems, budgets, and institutional partnerships. Leads faculty curriculum integration, staff development, performance management, and cross-campus initiatives while using data to improve student outcomes. Supervises 4–6 direct reports and represents the Center with university and community stakeholders.

Develops and manages alumni career development programming for early-career professionals, including workshops, webinars, career clinics, digital resources, and one-on-one coaching. Manages career engagement intake, reporting, surveys, marketing support, alumni volunteer pathways, speakers, and collaboration on signature alumni events. May supervise student workers or volunteers and must work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
