Tenure-track Assistant Professor teaching ancient Greek at all levels and Latin through the intermediate level, developing undergraduate courses, conducting active research, mentoring students, advising majors and minors, contributing to interdisciplinary general education, and participating in departmental, university, and professional service. Teaching is conducted in person, with a typical 3-2 teaching load.

Advises first-year and sophomore students through academic planning, registration, degree requirements, major exploration, and referrals. Monitors academic progress, re-enrollment, and at-risk students; provides early-alert support and resources. Manages an advising caseload, conducts individual and group advising, maintains accurate records, collaborates with faculty and campus organizations, and supports student retention, graduation, experiential learning, and successful navigation of university systems.

Conduct high-quality research in business analytics, supply chain, or related fields; publish scholarly work; teach and design undergraduate business analytics and supply chain courses; and provide service to the university, business school, department, profession, and community. The role carries a five-section annual teaching load and requires contributions to an inclusive, student-centered academic environment.
