Provide intensive, individualized supports for people with intellectual disabilities or mental illness, including behavioral coaching, progress reporting, implementing Individual Service Plans, transporting clients, and collaborating with clinicians to develop and track goals and training materials.

Lead and oversee an assigned network of residential, day, employment, transportation, school, and agency-operated services. Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, staff development, and coordinated, person-centered service delivery while supporting organizational priorities and continuous improvement.

Provide intensive, individualized supports for people with intellectual disabilities or mental illness, including behavioral coaching, implementing Individual Service Plans, documentation and progress reports, consulting with behavioral analysts, developing goals and training materials, transporting participants, and supporting independent living coaches and program effectiveness.

Support the Barn Manager by teaching riding lessons and horsemanship, running camps and events, caring for horses (health, feeding, basic training), coordinating volunteers, completing lesson documentation, performing barn maintenance and occasional manual labor, and assisting participants and staff.

Provide individualized employment coaching and support, conduct client assessments, teach workplace readiness curriculum, deliver on-the-job coaching, partner with employers to modify tasks, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Employment Specialists to promote job retention and client success.

Lead and operate a therapeutic school: provide educational leadership, supervise instructional staff, ensure ISBE compliance, oversee IEP development, manage referrals and district/parent relationships, coordinate assessments and trainings, and serve as acting teacher when needed.

Provide friendly customer service, operate cash register, maintain store appearance and inventory, assist customers with product information, restock and promote sales, and perform opening/closing duties.

Provide peer-based support to individuals in mental health crises using lived experience. Respond to crisis calls, collaborate on recovery plans, connect people to community resources, model coping strategies, participate in trainings, work with interdisciplinary teams and law enforcement as needed, complete documentation, and provide follow-up to ensure continuity of care.

Provide peer-based support to individuals in mental health or substance use crises through outreach, co-responding to calls, individualized recovery planning, resource navigation, follow-up, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community partners.

Provide behavior-analytic assessment, develop function-based treatment plans, train and consult with staff and families, conduct observations and functional assessments, and support habilitation for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental illness.

Provide person-centered planning and direct support for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities; lead Community Support Teams; ensure compliance with DHS and agency timelines; coordinate health, benefits, and external supports; coach and supervise staff; maintain QIDP status and required training; participate in advocacy, meetings, and organizational improvement activities.

Provide peer-based support to individuals in mental health or substance use crises, conduct outreach, develop personalized recovery plans, assist with resource navigation, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and law enforcement as needed, facilitate peer groups, complete documentation, and model recovery and self-care strategies during overnight shifts.

Coordinate office financial and administrative operations including client accounts, purchasing card reconciliation, benefits maintenance, fleet management, compliance reporting, and front-desk support. Maintain records, ensure documentation accuracy, and support program operational needs.

Provide peer-based support to individuals in mental health crises, conduct outreach, co-respond with partners, develop individualized recovery plans, connect people to community resources, model coping strategies, participate in trainings, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and complete required documentation.

Develop and implement person-centered plans for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Lead Community Support Teams, document outcomes and compliance with IDHS, coordinate health and financial supports, train and supervise staff, advocate for individuals, and participate in organizational improvements. Maintain QIDP status and complete required trainings.

Provide peer-based crisis support using lived experience; respond with a partner to community crisis calls; develop individualized recovery plans; connect participants to community resources; model coping and self-care; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; document interactions and provide follow-up to ensure continuity of care.

Provide case management and therapeutic supports (including ABA) to children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental illness. Develop action and behavior plans, collaborate with families and providers, deliver trainings, maintain clinical documentation and billing, and participate in team meetings and consultations.
