Responsibilities include outreach, service planning, coping and daily living skills support, group facilitation, community resource connections, documentation, transportation, and collaboration with case management staff. Services occur in homes, shelters, community locations, and offices. Employees must obtain the Certified Recovery Support Specialist credential within one year of hire.

The Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment for Independent Living Coach positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and pre-onboarding. Responsibilities include administering and optimizing ADP Recruiting Management, managing requisitions and applicant workflows, training hiring managers, generating recruiting analytics, coordinating interviews, maintaining compliance documentation, leading recruitment meetings, supporting employer branding, attending job fairs, and improving candidate experience.
