Provide intensive, individualized supports for people with intellectual disabilities or mental illness, including behavioral coaching, implementing Individual Service Plans, documentation and progress reports, consulting with behavioral analysts, developing goals and training materials, transporting participants, and supporting independent living coaches and program effectiveness.

Support the Barn Manager by teaching riding lessons and horsemanship, running camps and events, caring for horses (health, feeding, basic training), coordinating volunteers, completing lesson documentation, performing barn maintenance and occasional manual labor, and assisting participants and staff.

Provide individualized employment coaching and support, conduct client assessments, teach workplace readiness curriculum, deliver on-the-job coaching, partner with employers to modify tasks, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Employment Specialists to promote job retention and client success.
