Collects, analyzes, and reports operational and compliance data for Network 4; manages documentation, trains staff on EHR and Quantum System, supports billing/receipts and payroll backup, and provides administrative and quality-assurance support across programs and locations.

Lead and oversee an assigned network of residential, day, employment, transportation, school, and agency-operated services. Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, staff development, and coordinated, person-centered service delivery while supporting organizational priorities and continuous improvement.
