Provide telemetry/intermediate nursing care: assess, plan, implement, and document patient care; assist physicians with exams and procedures; perform tests and med administration within RN scope; educate patients and families; work 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week).

Oversee and coordinate delivery of perioperative patient care across Operating Room, PACU, and Pre/Post-Op units. Responsible 24/7 for staffing, management, and collaboration with administrators, physicians, and staff to support surgical operations (~8,000–9,000 surgeries/year).

Lead and manage neurosurgery nursing units, overseeing staffing, patient care quality, budgeting, equipment procurement, staff development, and collaboration with physicians and administrators to improve clinical outcomes.
