Provide clinical education and program management for med/surg nursing: design and present education, support staff competence, integrate evidence-based practice, evaluate outcomes, and lead change initiatives across units.

Manage design and implementation of medical staff performance improvement and peer review processes. Review records and data, identify quality measures, analyze trends, prepare reports, revise policies, and ensure regulatory readiness related to medical staff performance.

Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Birth Center (Labor & Delivery, Maternal Child): assess, plan, implement, and document care; assist physicians with exams and procedures; perform patient tests and administer medications; educate patients and families; work 12-hour shifts in a full-time role reporting to unit leadership.
