Lead and manage the hospital's 25-bed telemetry unit, overseeing 49 FTEs, staffing, clinical quality, education, and operations. Reports to the CNO and supports unit performance, staff development, and patient care delivery in an acute care setting.

Lead development and direction of hospital Case Management: oversee staff and resources, implement policies and programs, perform utilization review and chart-level medical necessity determinations, analyze and report operations data, collaborate with physicians and administration to improve care, reduce length of stay, and optimize discharge planning.

Provide clinical nursing education and program development for perioperative staff: design and present educational activities, support learners, integrate evidence-based practice and research, drive policy and practice change, manage program resources, and participate in interdisciplinary strategic initiatives to improve quality outcomes.
