Supports the Legal and Compliance team with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, conducting US and European legal research, preparing legal memos, handling intellectual property matters, and responding to day-to-day legal requests. The role requires legal education, at least one year of relevant experience, strong English and Ukrainian, organizational skills, and familiarity with generative AI, with preferred knowledge of tax, privacy, technology law, and legal-tech tools.

Legal Counsel managing commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiations with clients and vendors. Advises international technology teams on legal and commercial risks, intellectual property, privacy, compliance, corporate matters, licensing, and data protection. Conducts legal research and provides practical advice across US and European jurisdictions. The role also supports technology-contract matters and may contribute to legal-tech automation and AI-assisted legal workflows.

Manages healthcare interface and integration projects, coordinating a team of 3–4 engineers, client communications, delivery schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment. The role drives issue resolution, supports multiple workstreams, and helps expand project and team initiatives. Candidates need software project management experience, technical fluency, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Healthcare domain knowledge and familiarity with Corepoint or InsightCS are preferred.

Designs and delivers training, webinars, enablement programs, user guides, playbooks, and communications for new digital capabilities. Supports change management, stakeholder engagement, platform adoption, and continuous improvement across global, matrixed teams. Monitors adoption, identifies capability gaps, and translates complex digital and technical concepts into accessible learning resources that improve user confidence, consistency, and self-service.

Monitor and troubleshoot IP and transmission networks (including xWDM), handle alarms and incidents, resolve first-line issues, coordinate with vendors and providers, document incidents, track SLAs, prepare RCA reports, and improve NOC tools and processes.

Own the technical vision in presales: engage clients early, design and present scalable enterprise solution architectures, author technical proposal sections, lead discovery and estimation, produce diagrams and PoC plans, collaborate with Sales and Delivery, and present technical deep-dives to CxO-level stakeholders.

Develop and maintain applications using Python, focusing on integrating AI/LLM services with AWS or Azure. Collaborate with teams, implement ML models, and optimize applications for performance.

Design and build production-grade AI applications and services in Python, integrating LLMs with backend APIs and enterprise systems, implementing evaluation frameworks, observability, CI/CD, and reusable components to ensure reliable, testable, and scalable AI features.

Engage early with prospects to capture business needs, design solution visions, and produce detailed technical proposals with architects and delivery teams. Lead workshops, craft presentations, estimate efforts, and present proposals to senior stakeholders while improving presales templates and practices.

Build and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET and Angular, participate in full SDLC, integrate AI services and APIs, leverage AI-powered development tools and LLM/RAG solutions, contribute to architecture and technical decisions, collaborate with clients and delivery teams, and ensure compliance with enterprise/regulatory standards.

Coordinate a portfolio of network projects and operations for a Tier-1 ISP: oversee team coordination, stakeholder and customer communication, reporting, risk and dependency management, process improvements, and support senior management with escalations and strategic planning to ensure timely delivery and customer alignment.
