Design, develop, and maintain .NET/C# backend and React or Angular frontends, build RESTful APIs, optimize SQL Server databases, implement HL7 interfaces, support claims processing workflows, deploy/manage applications (Azure), participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Engage early with prospects to capture business needs, design solution visions, and produce detailed technical proposals with architects and delivery teams. Lead workshops, craft presentations, estimate efforts, and present proposals to senior stakeholders while improving presales templates and practices.

Build and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET and Angular, participate in full SDLC, integrate AI services and APIs, leverage AI-powered development tools and LLM/RAG solutions, contribute to architecture and technical decisions, collaborate with clients and delivery teams, and ensure compliance with enterprise/regulatory standards.

Coordinate a portfolio of network projects and operations for a Tier-1 ISP: oversee team coordination, stakeholder and customer communication, reporting, risk and dependency management, process improvements, and support senior management with escalations and strategic planning to ensure timely delivery and customer alignment.

Develop and maintain applications using Python, focusing on integrating AI/LLM services with AWS or Azure. Collaborate with teams, implement ML models, and optimize applications for performance.

Monitor and troubleshoot IP and transmission networks (including xWDM), handle alarms and incidents, resolve first-line issues, coordinate with vendors and providers, document incidents, track SLAs, prepare RCA reports, and improve NOC tools and processes.

Own the technical vision in presales: engage clients early, design and present scalable enterprise solution architectures, author technical proposal sections, lead discovery and estimation, produce diagrams and PoC plans, collaborate with Sales and Delivery, and present technical deep-dives to CxO-level stakeholders.

Monitor and troubleshoot IP and transmission networks (including xWDM), act on alarms, resolve first-line incidents, coordinate with vendors and providers, document incidents, track SLAs, produce RCA and outage reports, and contribute to NOC monitoring tools and processes.

Lead and execute backbone infrastructure projects including data center and circuit migrations, fiber deployments, and capacity upgrades. Coordinate suppliers and field technicians, validate and troubleshoot DWDM and fiber connectivity, manage escalations, and perform network configuration and troubleshooting across multivendor CLIs (Cisco, Junos, Arista).
