Provide onsite and remote IT support across Toronto, Dublin, and consultant offices in North America and Europe. Support Microsoft 365, troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, AV equipment, and connectivity issues, and manage IT assets and mobile carriers. Coordinate with vendors, maintain documentation and secure password management, support cybersecurity compliance and training, and contribute to IT improvement projects.

Provide onsite IT support in Dublin and remote support to offices and consultants across Canada, Europe, and North America. Manage Microsoft 365 systems, IT vendors, asset inventory, mobile carriers, technical documentation, cybersecurity compliance, user training, hardware, software, network, and AV troubleshooting. Maintain secure password practices, produce compliance reports, and contribute to IT improvement projects and system enhancements.

Leads client-facing refinery consulting engagements from proposal through close-out, managing project plans, resources, risks, milestones, budgets, stakeholder communication, and sustainable results. Builds client relationships, identifies follow-on opportunities, resolves issues, mentors operations professionals, supports training, and contributes to internal improvement initiatives. The role focuses on downstream oil and gas services including gasoline blending, energy intensity, hydrocarbon loss control, and value chain optimization, with approximately 80% travel across North America.

Manages refinery optimization consulting projects from initiation through closeout, including planning, staffing, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, milestone delivery, budget control, and client engagement. Identifies additional client opportunities, resolves conflicts, mentors operations professionals, supports training, and leads internal improvement initiatives. Requires Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, operations management consulting experience, project and workstream management expertise, continuous improvement experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to travel 80–100% across Europe and internationally.

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth in the downstream Oil & Gas sector by qualifying and converting leads, managing client relationships, and developing strategic market initiatives.

Manage day-to-day legal operations including reviewing, redlining, and negotiating NDAs and commercial contracts; maintain contract templates and tracking. Own client/vendor compliance onboarding, responses, and audits. Coordinate insurance certificates with brokers, draft internal policies (privacy, security, conduct), and support litigation and legal ops projects under General Counsel direction.
