Coordinate insurance certificates with brokers, draft internal policies (privacy, security, conduct), and support litigation and legal ops projects under General Counsel direction.

Lead and deliver refinery improvement projects across the EU, managing project planning, resources, client engagement, risk mitigation, milestones, training and mentoring, and identifying additional opportunities to improve refinery margins. Requires heavy client-facing delivery and substantial onsite travel.

Develop and maintain short- and medium-term refinery plans and LP models (Aspen PIMS/GRTMPS), evaluate crudes and blends, optimize GRM through scenario analysis, support scheduling/inventory, build financial analyses, and integrate decisions with trading, operations, and finance.
