Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for CDL and professional drivers across multiple U.S. regions. Partner with operations leaders, source and screen candidates, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, support recruitment marketing, monitor hiring metrics, maintain ATS records, and ensure compliance with federal, state, DOT, and company requirements. The role provides consultative recruitment guidance, improves hiring processes, and delivers a positive candidate experience.

Manages the lifecycle of tractor and trailer fleet assets, including onboarding, delivery, leasing, deployment, relocation, maintenance tracking, transfers, and disposal. Coordinates fleet projects, vendors, suppliers, and leasing partners while maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance. Uses Power BI and Excel to analyze operational and financial data, generate reports, optimize equipment availability and costs, and support fleet performance improvements.

The Director, Talent will lead enterprise talent strategy across talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning. The role will build skills-based organizational capabilities, develop scalable talent programs, advance talent analytics, and embed AI and automation across talent processes. This leader will partner with senior executives, support acquisition integration, strengthen internal mobility and leadership pipelines, and lead a high-performing Talent team aligned to business and operational outcomes.

Provides administrative and technical support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR transactions, employee records, HRIS data entry, compliance tracking, employment verification, and employee support. Maintains accurate workforce data, monitors pre-employment requirements, supports driver-related documentation, responds to employee and manager requests, identifies system issues, and assists with HR process automation and optimization.
