The role analyzes bulk transportation trends, prepares leasing business cases, coordinates equipment availability and relocations, advises on fleet optimization, tracks performance metrics, and reports business development results to senior management.

Support and enhance ERP systems, enterprise applications, integrations, databases, and backend applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production and data issues, developing T-SQL procedures, maintaining SSIS packages and SSRS reports, building API, EDI, and file-based integrations, scripting with PowerShell and Python, supporting C#/.NET applications, and assisting with ERP upgrades. The role also involves stakeholder collaboration, vendor coordination, root cause analysis, and on-call production support.

Owns configuration, maintenance, integrations, implementations, testing, release management, and continuous improvement for the UKG HRIS platform. The role manages workflows, security, data integrity, vendor integrations, module rollouts, UAT, troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting support while partnering with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Manages the lifecycle of tractor and trailer fleet assets, including onboarding, delivery, leasing, deployment, relocation, maintenance tracking, transfers, and disposal. Coordinates fleet projects, vendors, suppliers, and leasing partners while maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance. Uses Power BI and Excel to analyze operational and financial data, generate reports, optimize equipment availability and costs, and support fleet performance improvements.
