Generates customer invoices and driver pay, audits billing reports, reconciles accounts, resolves discrepancies, supports billing inquiries, and escalates system or process issues. The role collaborates with Operations, Finance, Sales, Contract Administration, customers, and drivers while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in a high-volume environment.

Manages the lifecycle of tractor and trailer fleet assets, including onboarding, delivery, leasing, deployment, relocation, maintenance tracking, transfers, and disposal. Coordinates fleet projects, vendors, suppliers, and leasing partners while maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance. Uses Power BI and Excel to analyze operational and financial data, generate reports, optimize equipment availability and costs, and support fleet performance improvements.
