Provides HR support across affiliated companies, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, terminations, labor-law compliance, accommodations, investigations, and HR policies. Analyzes workforce data, supports training and development, conducts HR audits, assists with EEO compliance and job descriptions, and processes simple biweekly payroll. The role also collaborates with Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, and local HR teams while independently managing HR projects and agency needs.
