Perform HR data entry and verification, process applications and onboarding, maintain employee records and logs, prepare IDs and security materials, assist with clerical tasks, support internal investigations with growers, provide bilingual Spanish/English customer service, and travel daily across Central Valley.

Administer and coordinate HR programs with emphasis on employment and employee relations through middle management. Advise and counsel managers and employees on policies, performance management, and compliance; coordinate recruitment and onboarding, deliver HR training, supervise HR office staff, and ensure state and federal labor and safety regulation compliance.
