Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals; troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets; support executive/desktop needs; update asset inventory; run diagnostics; escalate as needed; develop documentation and knowledge base; communicate technical info to non-technical users.

Execute outbound multi-channel marketing campaigns and digital initiatives for nucleic acid products. Create messaging and assets, coordinate product launches, webinars, and conferences, manage marketing automation and lead routing, analyze campaign performance, and improve marketing operations in partnership with product, commercial, scientific, and creative teams.

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System: review/approve deviations, NCRs, CAPAs, change controls, and product documentation; lead investigations, audits, supplier quality, training, and quality improvement projects; track and report quality metrics and ensure compliance with ISO and customer requirements.
