Manage a book of live B2B SaaS customers: onboard new customers, configure Trig instances via workshops, run recurring cadence (QBRs, reports, training), track realized vs promised value, identify and build expansion cases with sales, and improve product/playbooks based on customer feedback.

Implement and customize an AI account-management platform for enterprise clients: deploy integrations, build data pipelines, modify AI models, troubleshoot, train customer teams, and feed product insights back to engineering and product teams.

Design, build, and ship full-stack features for a data-intensive orchestration platform. Implement APIs and integrations with CRMs and third-party systems, collaborate with data teams for signal processing, drive architecture and technical decisions, and help shape engineering practices as an early team member.

Own full‑cycle enterprise and mid‑market deals from outbound to close, generate net‑new pipeline, run world‑class discovery, translate pain into product requirements, close 6‑figure and support 7‑figure deals, leverage AI for research and outreach, partner cross‑functionally (CEO/Product), and standardize scalable sales motions and playbooks.
