Lead grantmaking and strategic initiatives for a new philanthropic foundation focused on Jewish life. Lead zero-to-one development of AI-native products across portfolio companies, from problem discovery and MVP definition through implementation, rollout, adoption, and scaling. Partner with operators, executives, engineers, designers, and data teams to identify high-impact opportunities, run pilots, prove product-market fit, define success metrics, and generalize successful solutions into repeatable products. Quantify business impact across adoption, throughput, cost, reliability, and revenue.

Manage core People Operations including 401(k) administration, benefits and PEO coordination, HRIS/ATS administration, equity issuance support, people reporting, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, unemployment claims, and projects for new entity and international expansion.

The Staff Forward Deployed Software Engineer will lead technical discovery, own system architecture, develop AI and automation solutions, and ensure production excellence while working closely with clients and operators.

Lead and launch Axiom Private Credit: build and manage underwriting and origination teams, structure transitional senior and mezzanine healthcare loans, actively manage a small-balance loan portfolio, develop underwriting and servicing workflows on the Hypha AI platform, and support platform growth and institutional relationships.
