Supports corporate and fiduciary services for offshore companies, including client onboarding, service transfers, terminations, registry filings, corporate document preparation, invoicing, and client communications. Conducts customer due diligence and file reviews, follows AML and regulatory requirements, resolves service issues, and coordinates with clients, law firms, government offices, registries, and service providers. Maintains accurate, timely, professional service while managing multiple assignments.

Develops and executes business development strategies to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, relationship expansion, and market growth. Identifies opportunities, manages sales pipelines, builds relationships with clients and intermediaries, prepares proposals, supports negotiations, and promotes corporate, trust, fund, and fiduciary services. The role also conducts market research, analyzes performance data, coordinates cross-office opportunities, supports marketing communications, and represents the company at client meetings and industry events.

Coordinates office facilities, administrative services, vendors, supplies, budgets, records, workplace logistics, safety compliance, IT equipment support, events, and travel administration. Manages office maintenance, cleaning, security systems, space planning, procurement, contracts, inspections, emergency drills, and administrative onboarding. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, Microsoft Office proficiency, bilingual Spanish and English skills, and at least five years of relevant experience.
