Lead Trial Library's finance function: build FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, AP/AR, financial reporting, and GAAP-compliant processes. Partner with external accountants, prepare investor and board materials, implement controls and dashboards, advise CEO on strategic decisions, align headcount and payroll with financial plans, and support cross-functional operational improvements.

Owner of new business growth for the provider network: prospect, pitch, and close partnerships with community providers and health systems. Build self-sourced pipeline, run full sales cycles, expand accounts post-signature, maintain Salesforce pipeline data, and mentor junior team members.
