Own and grow a portfolio of life sciences accounts by building relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, conducting discovery, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing sales through execution. Collaborate with commercial, customer success, legal, and leadership teams to support retention and account growth. The role requires clinical trial operations knowledge, patient recruitment experience, direct sales experience, CRM proficiency, and familiarity with sponsors, CROs, or research sites.

Conduct high-volume phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach to oncology practices and provider organizations. Build target lists, qualify prospects, schedule meetings with clinical and practice decision-makers, manage follow-up cadences, document activity in Salesforce, re-engage stalled practices, report performance, and provide market insights. The role focuses on top-of-funnel provider prospecting and clean handoffs rather than closing contracts or managing long-term partnerships.
