Own AWS infrastructure, Terraform-based automation, landing-zone architecture, and end-to-end security for PHI and Bedrock workloads. Responsibilities include vulnerability management, incident response, CI/CD supply-chain security, IAM governance, disaster recovery, compliance-as-code for SOC 2 and HIPAA, observability, cost visibility, and developer self-service tooling. The role partners with product engineers on secure, reliable cloud operations in a regulated healthcare environment.

Own and scale automated patient-data ingestion and transformation pipelines from EMR systems into clinical-trial matching workflows. Design reliable asynchronous, queue-based, containerized architectures; manage schemas, validation, data quality, monitoring, and production issues. Partner with AI and product engineering teams on healthcare data foundations, APIs, scalability, and trustworthy clinician-facing workflows. Operate autonomously in a startup environment while applying strong systems thinking and pragmatic technical judgment.

Lead Trial Library's finance function: build FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, AP/AR, financial reporting, and GAAP-compliant processes. Partner with external accountants, prepare investor and board materials, implement controls and dashboards, advise CEO on strategic decisions, align headcount and payroll with financial plans, and support cross-functional operational improvements.
