Leads wealth platform operations, including team oversight, onboarding, account maintenance, billing support, advisor requests, workflow accuracy, issue escalation, KPI monitoring, and process improvement. Partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement scalable processes, maintain SOPs, improve systems adoption, and deliver a consistent advisor and client experience.

Identify and recruit qualified financial advisors through warm and cold calls, relationship building, appointment setting, lead qualification, and sales outreach. Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect tracking, communicate Triad’s value proposition, support advisor onboarding through licensing and release, and execute email, webinar, and mail campaigns. The role requires resilience, persuasive communication, objection handling, organization, and strong attention to detail.

Leads Triad Wealth’s trading desk and portfolio trading operations, including trade execution, portfolio transitions, rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting, options-based SMAs, and best-execution compliance. Manages and develops the trading team, oversees custodial and technology relationships, directs trading-system integrations, resolves trade discrepancies, establishes policies, monitors operational performance, and drives process improvements. Partners with investment management, operations, technology, compliance, advisors, and custodians while reporting to the Chief Investment Officer.
