Provides foundational operations support for life insurance new business by maintaining application records, organizing documents, performing data entry, following up with carriers, updating Salesforce, and assisting with advisor and member communications. The coordinator supports application intake, case management, internal coordination, training, and process improvement while learning life insurance operations and underwriting fundamentals.

Owns external member gifting, employee recognition, milestone celebrations, culture programming, and the annual culture calendar. Coordinates personalized gifts, onboarding touchpoints, birthdays, awards, team experiences, meetings, supplies, and internal communications. Tracks culture expenses, prepares quarterly spending reports, manages inventory, and supports a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role requires strong organization, creativity, discretion, communication, and follow-through.

Supports employee engagement activities, workplace culture initiatives, internal communications, gifting campaigns, office organization, administrative tasks, and Talent and Culture projects. The intern will assist with research, process improvement, business operations initiatives, and complete a mentored capstone project. The role provides hands-on exposure to organizational culture strategy and team member engagement.
