Provides engineering and application support for industrial automation and motion control solutions. Responsibilities include system architecture, product selection, PLC and motion-controller programming, HMI and network configuration, electrical and mechanical system design, commissioning, troubleshooting, documentation, customer support, training, and occasional field service. Works with engineering, sales, suppliers, customers, assembly, and field service teams to develop and implement technical solutions.

Provides customer service and product support for ParkerStore customers across in-store, email, and phone channels. Fabricates hydraulic, industrial, and pneumatic hose assemblies; operates power tools; processes pickups; manages inventory, cycle counts, stocking, transfers, and data entry. Supports showroom displays, store cleanliness, opening and closing, deliveries, and after-hours emergency needs. Requires strong communication, math, technical comprehension, attention to detail, computer skills, and ability to handle products up to 50 pounds.
