Provide primary care as a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate in an on-site Ardmore clinic: assess and document patient histories and exams, order and evaluate labs/x-rays, provide preventive care and well-woman exams, prescribe within formulary (maintain DEA/OBNDD), participate in community screening, and use EMR while maintaining licensure and CME.

Provide primary care outpatient services including patient interviews, physical exams, preventive care, well-woman exams, ordering/evaluating labs and x-rays, patient education, documentation, prescribing within NP formulary, and participation in quality assurance and community health activities.

Provide full-scope primary care as a Physician Assistant: perform exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, document care in EMR, prescribe within authority, deliver preventive care and patient education, collaborate with clinic team, and maintain licensure and CME requirements.

Provide full-scope primary care as a Physician Associate: perform exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order/interpret tests, prescribe within formulary, document care in EMR, deliver preventive and well-woman services, collaborate with clinical team, maintain licensure and CME, and participate in community health activities.

Greet patients and visitors, manage phone calls and scheduling, perform patient intake and insurance verification, handle prior authorizations, process payments and deposits, maintain organized front-desk operations, and protect confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA.

Provide primary care as an NP or PA: history/physical exams, outpatient visits, preventive care, well-woman exams, ordering/lab/X-ray review, patient education, charting in EMR, prescribing within authority (DEA/OBNDD), participate in community screening, maintain licensure and CME. Supervise nurses and medical assistants, serve as medical director, potentially supervise advanced practice nurses, and fulfill hospital call duties for perinatal/postnatal neonates.

Provide direct and indirect patient care in a primary care clinic under RN/physician supervision. Communicate patient conditions, complete documentation and charges, schedule appointments, perform prior authorizations, maintain organized workflows, protect confidential information, and liaise between patients, staff, and physicians to support clinic operations.

Provide front-desk patient registration and reception services: check in patients, collect and enter demographic and insurance data into the EMR, schedule appointments, collect payments, reconcile daily cash transactions, handle prior authorizations, answer phones, and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA.

Provide full-spectrum primary care including histories, physicals, diagnosis, treatment plans, preventive services, well-woman exams, ordering/evaluating labs and x-rays, patient education, EMR charting, and community health activities. Lead AI integration, automation, and software stack rollouts across multi-location clinics. Build AI agents, API-driven workflows, and ad/content automation; manage EMR/CRM integrations; run digital marketing operations and on-site brand activations. Project-manage system deployments and optimize automation to reduce manual work and scale patient acquisition.
