Provide primary care as a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate in an on-site Ardmore clinic: assess and document patient histories and exams, order and evaluate labs/x-rays, provide preventive care and well-woman exams, prescribe within formulary (maintain DEA/OBNDD), participate in community screening, and use EMR while maintaining licensure and CME.

Provide primary care outpatient services including patient interviews, physical exams, preventive care, well-woman exams, ordering/evaluating labs and x-rays, patient education, documentation, prescribing within NP formulary, and participation in quality assurance and community health activities.

Provide full-scope primary care as a Physician Assistant: perform exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, document care in EMR, prescribe within authority, deliver preventive care and patient education, collaborate with clinic team, and maintain licensure and CME requirements.
