Provides primary care to patients of all ages, including assessments, physical exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication prescribing, preventive counseling, documentation, referrals, and care coordination. Assists supervising physicians in clinic, hospital, surgical, inpatient rounding, and on-call settings, while responding to urgent and emergent needs.

Leads multi-site clinic operations across Oklahoma, coordinating clinic teams with centralized MSO functions. Responsibilities include regular site visits, workflow observation, staff coaching, process standardization, patient experience improvement, corrective action follow-up, and vendor coordination. The role also manages Rural Health Clinic certification and ongoing compliance, including HRSA/CMS applications, state surveys, staffing requirements, CLIA-waived labs, HIPAA, OSHA, licensure, compliance calendars, and audit-ready documentation.

Provide courteous front-desk patient reception, schedule and manage appointments, verify insurance and perform prior authorizations, maintain EHR records, collect payments, handle phone inquiries, and support clinic administrative and organizational tasks to ensure efficient patient flow.
