Serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, partners, and staff. Greets visitors, manages telephone calls, provides information, distributes mail and deliveries, supports office security procedures, operates standard office equipment, responds to inquiries, and assists administrative staff with clerical projects while maintaining confidentiality and excellent customer service.

Coordinates Migrant Education programs, services, projects, outreach, partnerships, resource-center operations, data entry, eligibility verification, reporting, compliance, volunteer support, and continuous improvement. Manages instructional-material circulation and inventory, develops program documentation, promotes services through communications and community engagement, and connects participants and families with educational, workforce, and support resources.
