The role requires transportation or logistics experience, HR knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with AS400, Paylocity, Excel, and insurance systems.

Supports the Safety Department by conducting driver vehicle and credential inspections, maintaining violation records, performing shop inspections, administering training and counseling, leading new-hire orientations, and coordinating random drug and alcohol testing. Ensures compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and other applicable laws while assisting with continuous improvement and departmental activities.
