Administer weekly driver payroll, index trip sheets, maintain payroll files and benefits (insurance portals), manage payroll/insurance spreadsheets and reports, assist drivers and support Operations Department requests.

The Controller oversees accounting and billing for multiple companies, analyzing financial statements, managing audits, and maintaining regulatory compliance, requiring strong analytical and communication skills.

Perform day-to-day accounts receivable tasks: prepare and submit invoices, process payments and deposits, reconcile AR ledger, resolve billing discrepancies, manage aging reports, liaise with customers and internal teams, and provide accounting administrative support to finance leadership.
