Provide day-to-day technical support and vendor management for the City's 911 mission-critical systems (CAD, call handling, radio, call logging). Manage operations, maintenance, testing, deployments, RFP/RFI/vendor selection, SLA compliance, incident response, forecasting, and project coordination to ensure continuity of 911 services.

Develop and secure the back-end of a WordPress site, build themes/plugins, ensure WCAG AA accessibility and mobile support, implement search and file sharing, integrate Google Analytics, provide ongoing maintenance and liaison with WP Engine. Collaborate with UX/UI and non-technical stakeholders to deliver a production site by April 2026.

Design and govern OCI-centric cloud architectures and hybrid integrations, translate stakeholder requirements into scalable secure solutions, guide engineering teams, expand IaC (Terraform/Ansible), support cloud networking, DevOps/automation, and Oracle database/Exadata platform initiatives.

Provide single-point-of-contact helpdesk support using Jira Service Management, GroupLink eHelpdesk, and Genesys Cloud. Troubleshoot ACD and contact center issues, manage trouble tickets, deliver strong customer service, communicate technical and non-technical information, and work collaboratively to resolve incidents.

Lead design, analysis, and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM functionality (v9.2+). Map business processes to PeopleSoft, develop queries and SQL scripts, design reports, facilitate requirements and testing, coordinate cross-team deliverables, and support full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations while ensuring compliance, accessibility, and secure, scalable solutions.

Conduct investigative analysis of government benefit fraud and financial crimes using structured and unstructured data. Identify fraud indicators and patterns, use link-analysis tools (SQL, Neo4j, i2), prepare investigative reports and referral packages for law enforcement, and brief findings to senior government stakeholders.

Lead the Public Health Geographics team to create and maintain geospatial datasets, visualizations, and web-based GIS applications; perform geostatistical analyses for disease surveillance; develop automated data workflows; apply data governance and GeoAI; manage projects, stakeholders, and provide logistical support during activations.
