Lead sustainment and configuration of the MTA's HxGN EAM system, providing technical direction, integrations, and support. Perform requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, training, and post-go-live activities while advising on asset management best practices and implementing FlexSQL and extensibility framework solutions.

Lead end-to-end web redesign delivery: define objectives, maintain work plans, manage teams and stakeholders, set up user stories in Azure DevOps, oversee QA and release processes, and ensure timely, high-quality website launches using agile practices.
