Live-in House Director responsible for managing sorority house operations, dining and cleaning services, vendors, property maintenance, safety systems, employee supervision, payroll accuracy, expenses, reporting, and emergency response. The role also coordinates with chapter leadership, advisors, national staff, and facility teams to maintain a safe, welcoming residential environment. Responsibilities include move-in and move-out preparation, inspections, policy implementation, staff training, and participation in meetings and professional development.

Manage Tri Delta's integrated editorial calendar and execute cross-channel content (blog, podcast, video, social). Coordinate production assets, supervise social and digital creators, publish and optimize web and video content, monitor analytics and SEO, maintain accessibility and content library, and align digital execution with strategic communications and campaign priorities to maximize audience engagement and organizational impact.

Lead enterprise strategic messaging, executive and crisis communications, and public relations to protect and advance Tri Delta's reputation. Advise senior leaders, develop stakeholder-facing content (talking points, FAQs, scripts, presentations), oversee copyediting and content creation, identify thought-leadership opportunities, and manage a small communications team while ensuring alignment across legal and operational stakeholders.

Lead the collegiate chapter support team to manage risk, membership, finance, and chapter issues; coordinate volunteers and university partners; design educational programming and training; analyze membership trends and drive strategic initiatives to improve chapter health and operations.

Serve as a traveling or semester-based consultant supporting Tri Delta chapters: coach and empower chapter officers, strengthen sisterhood, deliver presentations, build relationships with emerging chapters, and ensure positive member experiences while meeting deadlines and undergoing required checks.
