Lead design, development, and management of curriculum and resources for member programs and events. Partner with subject matter experts to create accessible, consistent learning experiences, maintain the Resource Library, set standards and templates, manage content timelines, and evaluate effectiveness to drive continuous improvement across Tri Delta's programs.

Lead HR strategy and operations to align people practices with organizational goals. Supervise and develop HR team, oversee full-cycle recruiting, retention, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, compliance, policy maintenance, and internal communications. Partner with finance and leaders to drive workforce planning and culture. Remote eligible with ~10% travel.
