Leads agency-wide marketing, branding, digital communications, public relations, social media, website, email, and community outreach initiatives. Develops campaigns, maintains brand consistency, manages vendors and external partners, analyzes marketing performance, and supports fundraising campaigns, sponsorships, donor communications, and events.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including answering and routing calls, preparing reports and correspondence, managing electronic health record setup and billing entries, responding to agency inquiries, assisting with staff schedules, and transporting clients as needed. Requires strong typing, organization, independent work, and proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.

Scan, index, and archive Accounts Payable documents in SharePoint; record and track medication receipts and prescriptions in Behavioral Health software; support the Finance Manager with administrative, accounting, and recordkeeping tasks; maintain accurate electronic records for audits and compliance.
