Teams at Tri-County Human Services, Inc.

Performs intake, case documentation, and case management for clients in mental health and addictions settings. Provides individual and group counseling, education classes, community liaison services, urine specimen collection, and data/reporting related to grants and programs. Works as part of a treatment team and follows agency procedures and training requirements.

Provide peer-based support and case management to individuals with mental health and substance use challenges. Serve as a recovery role model, engage clients and criminal-justice-involved individuals, assist with enrollment and linkages to services, facilitate peer groups using Illness Management and Recovery, attend treatment team meetings, and give consumer-perspective feedback to providers and community forums.
