Manages financial administration for multiple federal, state, and private grants. Responsibilities include budgeting, expenditure tracking, reconciliations, financial reporting, compliance with 2 CFR 200, invoice and reimbursement processing, audit preparation, cost allocation, and monitoring grant balances. The role maintains audit-ready records, supports grant proposal budgets, and coordinates with finance staff, leadership, funders, and auditors.

Manages WIOA Adult and Youth Programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, budget oversight, reporting, service documentation, and effective program delivery. Supervises program staff, develops policies and contracts, monitors grants and expenditures, coordinates work experience and summer youth programs, and builds partnerships with schools, businesses, agencies, and community organizations. Leads outreach, recruitment, committee activities, staff development, and program reporting to workforce boards and government agencies.
