Manages facility HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, employee records, onboarding, training documentation, recruitment, employee relations, unemployment claims, audits, compliance, and workers’ compensation or risk coordination. Supports policy implementation, employee retention, reward programs, and confidentiality requirements related to protected health information.

Lead and mentor evening-shift nursing staff, support patient care, and help manage unit operations. The role works Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM and requires an active RN license and nursing experience. Prior sub-acute or long-term care experience is preferred.

Coordinate and implement the Resident Assessment Instrument and Minimum Data Set processes in a long-term care center. Ensure compliance with professional standards, physician orders, company policies, and local, state, and federal regulations. The role requires an active RN license and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, long-term-care payer systems, OBRA, RAI, and MDS processes, or prior long-term-care nursing experience.
