Lead and manage the evening nursing unit (3pm-11pm), mentor and supervise nursing staff, oversee patient care and on-call rotations, collaborate with leadership and HR, and uphold service standards to improve outcomes.

Lead a nursing unit to maintain and restore resident health, supervise staff, act as primary family liaison, address and prevent family concerns, and support care quality in a sub-acute/long-term setting.
