Supports sales and engineering teams by analyzing customer requirements, drawings, materials, components, and manufacturing processes for cable harness projects. Generates accurate quotes, lead times, and technical documentation using Autodesk Inventor, office applications, and ERP systems. Collaborates with customers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure proposals align with production capabilities, engineering standards, and applicable aerospace or military specifications.

Inside Sales Representative responsible for achieving sales targets with OEM prospects and customers. Lead month-end and year-end close, prepare consolidated financial statements, manage budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and internal controls. Supervise accounting staff, support audits, maintain GAAP compliance, and drive process improvements and ERP-based financial reporting to support business decisions.

The Mechanical/Application Engineer will design wire harnesses and cable assemblies, ensure compliance with aerospace standards, and support manufacturing processes.

Develop and validate manufacturing processes and electrical test procedures for cable, wire-harness, and electro-mechanical assemblies. Lead NPI activities, create production documentation and work instructions, program and validate Cirris CH2 test systems, support FAI/audits, and drive continuous improvement to meet aerospace/defense quality and traceability requirements.

Provide technical sales support by converting customer drawings into BOMs and routers in the ERP, developing accurate quotes, advising on substitutes and delivery options, coordinating tooling/test mates with Operations and Quality, and maintaining customer communication throughout the RFQ and pre-sales process.
