Administer bi-weekly payroll, employee records, timekeeping, PTO, benefits, leave programs, COBRA, and compliance reporting. Support onboarding, benefit orientations, performance review cycles, recognition programs, employment verifications, HR administration, reconciliations, and process improvements. Serve as a liaison with payroll and benefits vendors while supporting HR, Finance, Administration, and Operations.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable in-store customer service: greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, operate cash register, stock shelves, maintain displays, and keep the store clean.

Performs full-cycle accounting, accounts payable, vendor management, banking transactions, journal entries, reconciliations, and period-end close support. Processes bi-weekly payroll for approximately 350 employees, validates tips and deductions, posts payroll entries, prepares labor reports, and responds to payroll inquiries. The role is onsite in Scottsdale and requires accuracy, confidentiality, organization, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage deadlines independently.
