Provides administrative support to Accounting/HR and senior management, including accounts payable and receivable assistance, payroll and timecard support, records maintenance, onboarding documentation, scheduling, correspondence, filing, office organization, supply ordering, travel arrangements, and special projects. The role is onsite and requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, Microsoft Office, and Excel skills.

Performs full-cycle accounting, accounts payable, vendor management, banking transactions, journal entries, reconciliations, and period-end close support. Processes bi-weekly payroll for approximately 350 employees, validates tips and deductions, posts payroll entries, prepares labor reports, and responds to payroll inquiries. The role is onsite in Scottsdale and requires accuracy, confidentiality, organization, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage deadlines independently.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in-store: greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, operate register, stock shelves, maintain displays and cleanliness.
