Provide Dutch and English customer support for merchants, clients, and customers via inbound/outbound calls, email and cases. Meet SLAs and metrics, de-escalate issues, route escalations, proactively contact customers, collaborate to improve processes, complete assigned training, and perform other duties as assigned.

Lead discovery and delivery of automation and AI-enabled features across the company. Partner with stakeholders to map processes, write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog in Jira, support engineering and UAT, define KPIs, and drive adoption of Salesforce, RPA, IDP, and emerging agentic AI solutions.

Owns receivables strategy and performance across TreviPay's client portfolio: sets collections segmentation, treatment strategy, escalation playbooks, targets (DSO, past-due, write-offs), tooling and reporting standards, and leads Cash Management and Arbitration/Disputes. Partners with Credit & Risk, CX, Finance, Product, and Technology to translate analytics into prioritization and governance, drive adoption through influence, manage portfolio forecasting, and own talent strategy for receivables disciplines.

Lead product discovery and delivery for TreviPay's data and analytics platform. Intake and prioritize stakeholder needs, write user stories and acceptance criteria, manage a prioritized roadmap, track feature performance, and participate in agile ceremonies. Communicate strategic rationale and collaborate with engineering to deliver data warehouse, BI, APIs, and reporting solutions.

Coordinate collection and maintenance of customer financial documentation per Credit & Risk policy. Manage electronic customer files, perform risk/financial/data analyses and quality assurance, conduct customer outreach, support account reviews, audit files for compliance, generate reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to support initiatives and special projects.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, and engaging C-level decision-makers to close complex B2B payment solution deals.

Create and govern SOPs, job aids, LMS curriculum, and knowledge-base content to ensure accurate, compliant operational execution; manage documentation lifecycle, measure content effectiveness, and partner with Product, Risk, and Operations SMEs.

Manage B2B accounts receivable by executing SOPs for collections, responding to client inquiries, maintaining low past-due rates, meeting productivity and quality targets, and collaborating with finance and client success teams to resolve root causes and support client relationships.
