Leads day-to-day operations for TreviPay’s outsourced BPO partner across customer support, accounts receivable, collections, and unapplied cash. Owns SLA performance, quality oversight, workforce planning, escalations, contract compliance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement. Manages a small internal team, partners cross-functionally on client onboarding, presents operational insights to leadership, supports contract negotiations, and drives customer-focused service delivery and operational accountability.

Lead strategic account programs end-to-end: build C-suite relationships, drive revenue and profitability, develop multi-year growth and renewal plans, negotiate contracts and amendments, coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor junior account managers, and represent TreviPay externally. Requires strategic planning, market analysis, regular business reviews, and up to 40% travel.

Lead discovery and delivery of automation and AI-enabled features across the company. Partner with stakeholders to map processes, write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog in Jira, support engineering and UAT, define KPIs, and drive adoption of Salesforce, RPA, IDP, and emerging agentic AI solutions.

The Program Support Associate provides customer support in Lithuanian and English, manages inquiries, drives resolutions, and identifies process enhancements.

Provide Dutch and English customer support for merchants, clients, and customers via inbound/outbound calls, email and cases. Meet SLAs and metrics, de-escalate issues, route escalations, proactively contact customers, collaborate to improve processes, complete assigned training, and perform other duties as assigned.

Intake and prioritize stakeholder needs, write user stories and acceptance criteria, manage a prioritized roadmap, track feature performance, and participate in agile ceremonies. Communicate strategic rationale and collaborate with engineering to deliver data warehouse, BI, APIs, and reporting solutions.

Coordinate collection and maintenance of customer financial documentation per Credit & Risk policy. Manage electronic customer files, perform risk/financial/data analyses and quality assurance, conduct customer outreach, support account reviews, audit files for compliance, generate reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to support initiatives and special projects.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, and engaging C-level decision-makers to close complex B2B payment solution deals.
