Partner with stakeholders to map processes, write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog in Jira, support engineering and UAT, define KPIs, and drive adoption of Salesforce, RPA, IDP, and emerging agentic AI solutions.

Provide timely, professional phone and email support for billing, invoicing, payments, disputes, and account issues. Meet SLA metrics, document interactions in CRM, de-escalate and escalate when needed, proactively contact customers, and collaborate on process improvements.

The Program Support Associate provides customer support in Lithuanian and English, manages inquiries, drives resolutions, and identifies process enhancements.
