Provide hands-on Tier 1-3 desktop support, administer Windows and Linux servers, manage Active Directory and Group Policy, and serve as primary IT administrator for Global Shop ERP. Perform patching, backups, troubleshooting, system maintenance, user account management, documentation, and coordinate with vendors to ensure secure, available infrastructure.

Design and implement software and firmware across BIOS, device drivers, embedded Linux, and microcontroller environments. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering through design, testing, documentation, vendor coordination, manufacturing support, and project tracking to deliver complex computing products on time and within budget.

Design complex computer processor boards and peripherals from product definition through production. Create schematics, drawings, and parts lists; support manufacturing, test, and customers; participate in design reviews; manage project tracking and continuous improvement efforts.

Support lifecycle performance, reliability, and maintainability of mechanical/electronic systems. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, manage ECRs/ECOs, implement design updates and retrofits, handle obsolescence, update maintenance procedures, support field service and audits, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations to reduce downtime and lifecycle costs.

Support the Inside Sales team by entering orders and repairs into Sage ERP, maintaining client records in HubSpot, communicating with clients, coordinating between Sales and production/quality/accounting, producing reports, attending related meetings, and maintaining digital order/repair files.
