Draft pleadings and motions, prepare and file court documents, coordinate hearings and deadlines, interface with Florida state courts, correspond with clients, and maintain accurate case files and records.

Support firmwide marketing, events, and business development by coordinating event logistics, producing marketing materials and graphics, managing CRM/contact records and ticket allocations, scheduling meetings, and assisting internal communications and project tracking.

Provide high-level litigation and administrative support to attorneys: draft and proofread legal documents, manage calendars and court deadlines, coordinate with clients and courts, assist with deposition and trial preparation, perform new matter intake, enter time in Aderant, manage documents in iManage/DMS, and maintain confidentiality and organization.
