Provide high-level litigation and eminent domain support including case file management, drafting pleadings and discovery, calendaring court deadlines, assisting with depositions and trial preparation, billing/time entry support, coordinating with courts and clients, and maintaining client confidentiality.

Provide high-level litigation support to attorneys including document drafting and proofreading, calendaring, discovery and court filing support, deposition/trial preparation, client/court coordination, matter setup, DMS filing, and time entry. Ensure confidentiality, organization, and timely task completion.

Advise employers on employment law compliance; represent employers in government investigations and employment litigation; draft employment agreements, forms, policies and procedures; supervise, train, and mentor associates; and participate in business development to grow the firm's employment law practice.

Provide legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions, advise publicly traded clients on securities matters, prepare and manage SEC filings and reporting, support deal structuring (assets and loans), draft clear documentation, and collaborate with teams while delivering high customer service.

Advise employers on federal, state, and local employment law compliance; represent employers in government investigations and employment litigation; draft employment agreements, forms, policies, and procedures; manage heavy caseloads and respond timely to supervising attorneys and clients.

Summer associates (law students) gain practical experience between their 2L and 3L years by conducting legal research, drafting initial documents, observing depositions, trials, closings, and client meetings, rotating across practice areas, receiving mentorship and feedback, and participating in firm social and professional events.

Provide on-site and remote technical support to attorneys and staff, troubleshoot hardware/software/network/printer/mobile issues, manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, support Office applications and iManage, document tickets, maintain conference room A/V and video conferencing, and participate in on-call rotations.

Provide administrative and transactional support to Business Transactions attorneys: manage calendars and deadlines, organize case documents, draft and proofread legal filings, coordinate court logistics, support intake and conflicts, and maintain client confidentiality to ensure efficient practice operations.

Administer biweekly and semi-monthly payroll via Paylocity, maintain HRIS records, manage benefits and 401(k) administration, support COBRA and Open Enrollment, ensure HR compliance (I-9s, E-Verify), assist onboarding and HR projects, and reconcile payroll and benefits reporting and audits.
